Time tracking for teams

Keep every hour with the project it belongs to.

Clock-it is a company workspace for timers, timesheets, and reports. People track their own time. Admins approve the week and see where the hours went.

From the first project to an approved week

  1. 01

    Open a workspace

Register your company and create the admin account. Invite people when you are ready for them to track time.

  2. 02

    Add the work

Create clients and projects, choose who is assigned, and mark which work is billable.

  3. 03

    Close the week

Track time as it happens, submit the timesheet, and approve it before the week is locked.

What you can do

One workspace for the people who log time and the people who need the result.

  • A timer that stays out of the way

Start on a project, add a description, and stop when the work is done. You can also enter a start and end time yourself.

  • Projects with a budget

Group work by client and project. Assign the team, set hours or an amount, and see when a budget is getting close.

  • A team you can change

Give someone admin access or keep them as an employee. Deactivating a person removes their access and keeps their history.

  • Timesheets with an approval

Each person reviews their week and submits it. An admin approves or sends it back. An approved week cannot be edited.

  • Reports you can export

See hours by project or by person, split billable and non-billable time, and download the entries.

  • A summary you can send

Copy today's update from the time tracker and paste it into email or chat, with durations in hours, minutes, and seconds.

Start with your own company

Create the workspace, then add the projects and people who will use it. Employees join from an invitation and set their own password.
